Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Packed app or any related services operated by Packed ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Packed, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under the required age, you may not use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All purchases made through Packed are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. Prices are displayed in USD and may change at any time. You authorize us to charge your payment method for any purchases you initiate. In-app purchases are subject to the terms of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Physical cards and collectibles won through the Service will be shipped to the address you provide. We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect shipping information. Digital items and credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
You agree not to: use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Service; attempt to manipulate outcomes or exploit bugs; resell or transfer account access; engage in fraud or chargebacks without contacting support first; or violate any applicable laws.
All content, design, graphics, and software within the Service are owned by or licensed to Packed and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide notice of material changes within the app or by email.
